I wish I could see a demo of other features that are not included in the free account

I've used jobscan for the very first time to check and optimize my resume and found it incredible.

It not only tells the compatibility of your documents with the job description but also highlights the errors and gives suitable solutions to resolve them.

Such an amazing thing for your quality manuscript.

I've only just begun to use jobscan and I haven't landed a job yet. Not sure why I've been given this survey now. The program, in theory, is incredible. After watching a youtube tutorial, I found the program easy to use. The idea of a program that makes you rise above the noise is amazing in these times. We'll see if it helps.

Jobscan is an excellent tool and I recommend it to everyone. I started with the free version and upgraded to the 3-month subscription so I could run unlimited scans. It is worth every penny.

I'm a technical writer with 20+ years of experience writing resumes. Before using Jobscan, I thought my resume was in good shape.

However, when I ran my resume through Jobscan, I was surprised to find only a 44% match to the job description.

Following Jobscan's advice, I got rid of tables, simplified the format and font, and changed keywords.

Diligently using Jobscan to optimize keywords, I usually achieved a 60% - 74% match, while retaining my real job experience.

I agree with the other reviewer who said don't go overboard and try to match too many keywords or you risk turning your resume into gibberish that does not reflect your real skills. It was fairly easy to achieve a 60% match. I found it was impossible to get to an 80% match (as Jobscan recommended) without plagiarizing the job description, which I refused to do.

Jobscan does not tell users this, but I noticed that many applicant tracking systems (ATS) - especially Workday -completely ignore the Summary section of a resume, which many people have at the top. As a workaround, I put the Summary section under the Work Experience heading, with "Summary" in place of the employer's name. That worked.

I also took my reworked resume and pasted it into my LinkedIn profile and received numerous recruiter contacts every single day.

A great tool to help vet the quality of ones' resume when applying online with systems that utilize ATS (applicant tracking system). You've got to get past the AI before human eyes are likely to take note and Jobscan may very well help! Good luck to all job other seekers out there! It is not an expense, it is an investment with a 1000%+ ROI. Use it correctly and you will not regret it.

Not having been in a job search for nearly 20 years, the game has changed dramatically. Without this tool, what took minutes to update and create a targeted resume would have taken so much longer.
